Experience
I've done tutoring at the Boys & Girls club for a summer during my junior year in high school, and I've also done tutoring for children from ages 7-13 at a New Community Center. These were two of the best experiences for me because working with children is my passion. It is the one thing that I can honestly say I love and enjoy doing. Being a physical education major has allowed me to take courses that deal with working with children, including education courses where I've learned ways to best educate children. I have not yet began student teaching, where I would actually be in a school setting getting the feel of actually teaching students; however, I am positive that my experience with children so far will be more than enough to be successful with a position such as this one.
